Cancellation Policy

Payment of a 50% deposit is due prior to our team's arrival on-site. Cancel or reschedule your session free of charge prior to 24 hours before the session through our online booking system. Within 24 hours, text or call 214-354-4900. **Please check your confirmation emails and texts to verify the time and date of your booking.** We unfortunately cannot refund no-shows; all arrangements to reschedule or cancel must be made prior to our team's arrival on-site. Cancellation within 24 hours of your booking may result in a $100 cancellation fee. In the event of inclement weather or other extenuating circumstances, this fee may be waived at the sole discretion of Connected.Foto. Text or call us ASAP. An FAA-certified drone pilot will conduct all contracted drone flights. Flight plans must be finalized at least 24 hours in advance of your session in order to ensure compliance with FAA regulations and no-fly zones. Flights may be rescheduled to ensure safety and regulatory compliance. The pilot's professional judgement and discretion regarding weather conditions and all other matters of safety and legality of the scheduled flight are final. Please remove or secure any pets and livestock. We may be unable to complete your session if there are unsecured animals at your property and cannot be responsible for their safety or for securing them. TIPS FOR SUCCESS Confirm that your property is clean and staged prior to arrival of Connected.Foto staff. Due to liability issues, our team cannot move items or clean for you. Our standard turnaround time is the END of the next business day AFTER the date of your shoot to edit, upload, and email your online delivery link to you. If you need faster turnaround, this can often be arranged, but please let us know in the Booking Form comments. If rush charges will apply, you will be notified and invoiced for this fee prior to your shoot. (Our photo editor's spouse charges extra to put up with him when he's sleep deprived.)
